Funding Results 2022 to 2023

For academic year 2022 to 2023 the Turing Scheme received 520 applications, compared with 412 for academic year 2021 to 2022. 

Applications increased across all sectors. 316 projects were approved to receive grant funding totalling £106,108,760.02 with participants expected to undertake study, school exchanges, and industry work placements in over 160 destinations across the globe.

Organisations including schools, colleges and universities from across the UK will receive funding from the Turing Scheme to provide opportunities for 38,374 pupils, learners and students to study and work across the globe during the 2022 to 2023 academic year. 19,952 (51.99%) of the placements approved for funding are for participants from a disadvantaged background.
